- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Secretary Roberta is completely unacceptable for something so important! The job is to schedule appointments and make sure they are timely according to patients age and when they should be receiving immunizations and physicals. She also tried informing me that was my job as a parent not hers. When we leave appointments at the Quincy office they were on top of everything lovely ladies and did thier job excellent made sure at check out that I was aware when we should be coming back or when I should schedule an appointment by so and so date.
